Italian Government Reports to the CRC

Under article 44, paragraph 1 (a), of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) the State Party should submitt to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) a periodic report on the implementation of the Convention every five years, within two years after the Convention has entered into force for the State party concerned.

At the moment Italy has presented the following Governmental Reports:

1st Periodic Report of the Italian Government, February 1995

2nd Periodic Report of the Italian Government, November 1998

3rd-4th Periodic Report of the Italian Government, January 2009. Currently, the pubblication is only in Italian.

Italy has also presented Initial Reports on the Optional Protocols:
